To the north, and up the hill at 48 Fernald Point Road is the house Dick designed for his sister, Connie called “Seawatch” and her son, Christopher is now the owner. The house is on the market and if you are interested, please contact Carol Fernald, at the Swan Agency for a walk through – 276 5080.
